Does the controller keep watering without internet?

It is designed to keep schedules, maximum runtimes, interlocks, and essential automation at the property. The secure portal adds remote visibility without becoming the only place control decisions can happen.

Can it detect broken pipes or stuck valves?

With compatible flow measurement, the planned platform can compare actual flow with expected operating ranges, notify staff, and apply a configured response such as stopping a zone or closing a master valve.

What types of properties is it for?

Commercial properties, campuses, parks, municipalities, sports facilities, irrigation contractors, property portfolios, and residences that need more visibility or control than a basic timer provides.

Can it connect to soil, rain, pressure, or tank sensors?

The design includes local field inputs and expandable sensor options, including approved wired and LoRa devices. Final compatibility will be documented for the production release.

Is TCB Controller available now?

The planned release is March 2027. TCB is currently collecting site requirements, launch-list registrations, and field-demonstration interest.
